Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DinkDash ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
DinkDash is a pickleball tournament management platform that allows users to:
- Register for tournaments and events
- Track match scores and results
- View tournament brackets and schedules
- Connect with other players
- Receive notifications about matches and events
Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
Tournament Participation
When participating in tournaments through the App:
- You agree to follow all tournament rules and guidelines
- You accept that tournament directors have final authority
- You agree to accurate score reporting
- You understand that registrations may have entry fees
- Refund policies are set by individual tournament organizers
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DinkDash and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
By posting content through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and improving our services.
You represent that you own or have rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL DINKDASH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
